A: Yes! Although all of our doors can be customized to fit your specific frame, you may also wish to work with us on creating a custom door that fits your specific home’s design aesthetic. Just provide us with the opening door measurements and contact us to discuss your ideas and we can work together to make the door of your dreams!

A: We accept small orders and are fully capable of shipping full container orders as well.

A: Yes! We provide AutoCAD drawings for your approval prior to shipping your entry door. Drawings take up to three days to complete and must be approved by you prior to shipping your door.

A: All of our doors come with a 2ft x 6ft jamb unless otherwise specified prior to shipment.

A: Yes, all of our doors come with a threshold welded to the frame. 

A: We use heavy-duty ball bearing hinges. Please contact us prior to placing your order and we will be happy to send pictures.

A: We use high quality 12 gauged steel for all of our doors, making them durable and long lasting. Doors are 2 inches thick. 

A: We warranty all doors for 10 years against manufacturing defects. Finishes & glass are warrantied for 5 years. 

A: Due to global supply shortages and shipping delays, our lead time has been extended to 4-6 months.
